- Request for a Virtual Card from your FreeCharge Account. If you have created a card, view the details by entering your MPIN
- Copy your FreeCharge Go card number, validity details and the CVV from your FreeCharge Account
- On the checkout page of the selected merchants, select the “Credit Card” option and enter your FreeCharge Go card number and other details as requested
- You will receive an OTP on your FreeCharge registered mobile number. Enter this OTP to verify your transaction

FreechargeGO Master Card Terms & Conditions : –
- These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to and regulate the provision of virtual card linked to your FreeCharge Balance facility issued by Yes Bank Limited. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to Terms and Conditions for Prepaid Payment Instrument namely FreeCharge Balance issued by Yes Bank Limited and Privacy Policy for FreeCharge Balance Issued by Yes Bank Limited (“Primary Terms”). To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms, these Terms shall prevail. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms.
- “Virtual Card” shall mean a 16 digit card issued to the Customer on his / her existing FreeCharge Balance. This card shall be created and stored, as an electronic image. No physical plastic shall be issued for the Virtual Card.
- “Virtual Card Member” means the Customer to whom a Virtual Card has been issued by Yes Bank Limited subject to the Primary Terms and the Terms.
- By applying and agreeing to avail the Virtual Card facility, the Customer shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the Terms as are mentioned herein below.
- The Customer shall apply for Virtual Card provided by Yes Bank Limited through the logged in section of FreeCharge account or in such other manner as specified by Klickpay or Yes Bank Bank Limited from time to time. Virtual Card enables the Customer to transact online within the balance held in the FreeCharge Balance.
- The details of the purchase made using Virtual Card will be displayed in the statement. The Customer has to make maintain a balance in the FreeCharge Balance to use the Virtual Card.
- Key details of the Virtual Card like the card number, expiry date of the Virtual Card, CVV, etc. will be visible only on the Virtual Card section available in the logged in section of the FreeCharge account. If the Virtual Card Member closes the FreeCharge Balance, the Virtual Card facility will discontinue to exist.
- The use of Virtual Card shall be restricted to online transactions only. The Customer is aware that in case of online transactions, the charge slips will not be signed by the Customer at the time of the purchase made using the Virtual Card. Accordingly, the Customer accepts that, even in the event of any dispute regarding the authenticity or validity of such a purchase or a charge, for any reason whatsoever, the Customer will make payment to Klickpay or Yes Bank Limited and shall not hold Klickpay or Yes Bank Limited liable / responsible under any circumstances. Klickpay or Yes Bank Limited shall not be liable if any merchant refuses to accept payment through Virtual Card. The facility of Virtual Card is meant only for the purpose of providing the Virtual Card Member with a facility of making online payment and does not ensure quality, safety or legality of the transaction undertaken by the Virtual Card Member.
- The usage of the Virtual Card shall amount to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Virtual Card Member shall be bound /liable by/under these Terms and Conditions for payment and he/ she shall ensure payment of all charges due and payable on the usage of the Virtual Card. The facility of a Virtual Card, being a special facility, shall be availed by the Customer at such fee/rate as may be stipulated by Klickpay or Yes Bank Limited from time to time.
